Ally Moholola CA (SA): Managing Director

Ally is a registered Chartered Accountant (SA) and has more than 11 years’ experience rendering accounting and audit services to clients in both the public and private sector.

Ally completed his SAICA articles with one of the BIG 4 companies, where he was promoted to be a manager. He has experience as Senior Manager for three years in Advisory and Audit.

Ally has NQF Level 4 Further Education and Training Certificate: Real Estate (SAQA QUAL ID 59097), and the NQF Level 5 real estate qualification, National Certificate: Real Estate (SAQA QUAL ID 20188)

His 11 year experience in advisory include preparation and review of reconciliations, financial statements and related disclosure schedules (irregular expenditure, commitments, fruitless expenditure.

He has a vast experience in Advisory, Internal and External Auditing in Higher Education, Mining , Manufacturing , Attorneys Trust , Telecommunication, Public Sector and other Private Sector.

As an Accredited Trainer, Ally is responsible for learning and development within the company. He will facilitate trainings to capacitate both Tshehlo Tlou employees and clients about accounting, taxation and relevant regulations and laws.

Ally has extensive knowledge in preparing financial statements and cash flow forecast.
